The fantastic War and Treaty played all of the classics and then some in Akron, Ohio on Saturday. Unfortunately, seven very drunk women were sitting in front of me and eventually next to me, who were very distracting for the first set and into the second set. After about five complaints and security having to talk to them six times, they were finally kicked out mid- second set. At this show, The War and Treaty was amazing as usual. I saw him about 10 months ago in Cleveland and the show was decent, he did not play a lot of classic songs. I was disappointed with the Akron Civic Theater security who let this go on for most of the show. This, however, did not dictate my love for The War and Treaty, their band, and their songs.
